Surgical Clearance appointments
Make an appointment with your primary care physician to get surgical clearance. You need to specifically ask for a “pre-surgery clearance appointment.” This clearance is only good for 30 days from this appointment
If you are under the care of a cardiologist or pulmonologist, schedule an appointment with them as well for surgical clearance.

CALL our office
Please call our office after making your appointment (407-331-3668) to allow us to send the required documentation prior to your appointment.
We will call back once your surgery date and time have been confirmed.
Please note, our surgeries on done on Fridays.

The surgery center will call you regarding more information.
Please note, you will NEED A RIDE to and from the surgery center.

RYBELSUS- must be stopped 3 days before surgery date.

SEMAGLUTIDE INJECTIONS (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Trizepatide, etc.) - must be stopped 10 days before surgery date.
